Well, Day 2&3 were simple enough. Sick and didn't really want to eat much until supper on Day 3. And then my weird stomach kicked in and I had to do the thing that stops my stomach from hurting. First, I have to tell you that I have a weird stomach and things that would make someone with a stomach ache feel even worse, make me feel better. So with that said, I ate a gut burger and fries from Arby's and ....I felt better. I knew it would be the cure. Don't ask me to explain why cause it doesn't make sense. But it works so I do it.
So now I'm back on schedule and ready to get back on the no sugar and no processed foods thing. Did you know that Fritoes are only ground corn, corn oil and salt? Unless I'm missing something, I think that qualifies for "unprocessed" (in the loosest sense of the word.). Remember...I'm not counting points or calories. Thank goodness for that because I LOVE Fritoes. Notice the CAPITAL letters of LOVE...yes, I'm 56 and LOVE Fritoes. I admit it and am not ashamed of it. So there.
So back on the wagon as they say...
